Care:
Spot clean only — don’t throw it in the wash (trust us, corduroy doesn’t love that).

Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
- Need a different size or style? Contact us, and we’ll sort out an exchange (subject to stock availability).

Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us at 📧 powellec.electrical@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
